How We Work

  • Consultation Every case starts with a medical consultation; nothing begins before a diagnosis
  • Restraint A natural, measured result is the aim; we do not chase dramatic change
  • Records Device parameters and session notes are kept in the patient file

Clinical Approach

Reading the skin is half the work

The same sign can be the shared face of several conditions, so we never decide on appearance alone.

History, examination and, where needed, dermoscopy are weighed together. The method, the interval between sessions and the expected result are set out in writing after the consultation. All laser and injectable procedures are carried out by a doctor.

Seeing the settings adjusted to my skin type and notes taken at every session was reassuring. The intervals never slipped.

I was given enough time to describe the problem. Before anything began, what would be done and why was explained point by point.

Images of my moles were recorded and compared at the next review. Knowing I am being followed up is a relief.
